Hi gorgeous, thank you for being here. These are the simple terms for buying my digital ASMR prompt packs. I've kept them short and clear, so you know exactly what you're getting.
You're buying from me, Nikkie Burns, in Australia.
Postal address: Parcel Locker 70, Wodonga Post Office Parcel Locker, Wodonga VIC 3690, Australia. It's for written notices only. Nothing is posted out from it, and email is the quickest way to reach me (see section 6).
My ASMR prompt packs are digital products. Nothing is posted to you. After your payment goes through, your download links are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If they haven't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then email me and I'll sort it for you.
Prices are in US dollars. Australian buyers' prices include GST. Buyers outside Australia pay the same price, with no GST charged.
Your bank or card provider may add its own currency conversion fees, which are separate from my price.
You're welcome to post and sell the videos you make from my prompts. They're yours to create with.
The prompts themselves are just for you. Please don't resell, share, copy, give away or publish the prompts, the files or the download links, in full or in part.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, there are no refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law still apply and can't be excluded.

My packs give you prompts and ideas, not a guarantee of views, followers or income. How your videos perform depends on lots of things, including the AI tools you use, your account and the platforms themselves. Anything I share about my own content is about me, not a promise for you. My results are my own, never a promise ๐
The prompts, files, designs and wording in my packs belong to me, Nikkie Burns. Buying a pack gives you the right to use the prompts as set out in section 4. It doesn't transfer ownership of the prompts or the files to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
