ASMR prompt packs

Privacy policy

Hi, I'm Nikkie. This policy explains, in plain words, what I collect when you buy one of my ASMR prompt packs or visit my shop pages, what I do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email me and I'll explain.

1. Who I am

My ASMR prompt pack shop is run by me, Nikkie Burns, in Victoria, Australia.

Email: [email protected]

Postal address: Parcel Locker 70, Wodonga Post Office Parcel Locker, Wodonga VIC 3690, Australia

When this policy says "I", "me" or "my", it means Nikkie Burns.

2. What this policy covers

My ASMR shop pages on shop.therainbowqueen.com, the checkout, and the emails I send you about your order. It doesn't cover other websites, even when I link to them. Those sites have their own policies.

3. What I collect

When you buy a pack:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your email address.
  3. Your order details: what you bought, the price and the date.

Your payment is handled by the payment provider at checkout. I never see or store your full card details.

When you email me or reply to my emails: whatever you choose to send me.

When you visit my pages: I don't use advertising pixels or analytics. HighLevel, which hosts my pages, may set essential cookies so the pages and checkout work. See section 10.

I only ask for what I need to deliver your order and help you with it.

4. How I use it

I use your details to:

  1. Send you your download links and anything else that comes with your pack.
  2. Help you if something isn't working.
  3. Answer your messages.
  4. Keep the records the law needs, such as tax records.

I never sell your personal information, and I never give it to anyone else for their own marketing.

5. Emails

Buying a pack means I'll email you about your order, such as your download links. I won't add you to my marketing emails unless you've separately said yes. Every marketing email I send comes from Nikkie Burns, includes my postal address and has a working unsubscribe link.

6. Who helps me run things

I use trusted service providers to run my shop. They handle your details only to provide their service to me:

  1. HighLevel (LeadConnector): hosts my pages, checkout and files, stores contacts and sends my emails.
  2. The payment provider shown at checkout: takes your payment securely.

I may also share your details if the law requires me to.

7. Your details may be stored outside Australia

Some of my providers store or process information overseas. I choose providers that protect information carefully, and I take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your details in line with Australian privacy law.

8. Keeping your details safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your details from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. That includes choosing reputable providers, using strong passwords and turning on two-step sign-in where it's available. No one else has access to my accounts.

No system is perfect. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I'll tell you and the right authority, as the law requires.

9. How long I keep your details

I keep your details for 2 years after your last interaction with me, unless the law needs me to keep them longer, such as order and tax records. After that, I delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

10. Cookies and tracking

I don't use advertising pixels or analytics on my shop pages right now. HighLevel may set essential cookies so the pages, forms and checkout work properly. These don't track you for advertising. If I ever add tracking, I'll update this policy first.

11. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can:

  1. Ask what details I hold about you.
  2. Ask me to correct anything that's wrong.
  3. Ask me to delete your details, unless the law needs me to keep them.
  4. Unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time.

Email [email protected] and I'll reply within 30 days. I may need to check it's really you before I share or change anything.

If you live in the UK or the European Union, you can also object to how I use your details, get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the data protection authority where you live.

12. Children

My packs are for adults. They aren't for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has bought from me, email me and I'll delete their details.

13. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, please email me first at [email protected]. I'll look into it and reply within 30 days.

If you're in Australia and you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). UK and EU residents can contact the ICO or their local data protection authority.

14. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when my shop or the law changes. The newest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
